...is it a bug or is it a feature...
- actually, no, it isn't a bug that ZTree doesn't run under DOS,
but Greg is right, in order to be capable of dealing with Long File Names
(i.e. the Win9x or NT filesystem (VFAT resp. VFAT32 resp. NTFS))
ZTree has to depend on the Windows 95/98/NT "Application Programm(ing)
Interface" (API), that means it doesn't access the filesystem directly
(resp. by its own) but through prepared routines from the operating system.

So, obviously DOS does not supply the advanced routines for Long File Names etc.
as Win9x or NT does, and therefore ZTree can inherently never run outside of the
Windows 32bit systems !
