I'm afraid there actually is no fix for this, since the 16bit DOS operating
system and any applications for it, such as XTree, haven't been prepared to
handle those GB hard drive capacities.

However, the best "patch" would be, to use ZTreeWin instead, the close
XTreeGold Shareware clone for Win95/98/NT. This one is prepared to deal with
any hard drive capacity, and will furthermore log to an unlimited number of
files and directories simultaneously.
