In Response To: Re: ZTree Scripting (John Gruener)

I really love this idea... I hope Kim chimes in here to let us know if we're even in the realm of possibilities.

I especially like the concept of script files that can be used both on the command line AND initiated by the user the while Ztree is running. A history list of script filenames is a great idea too.

For getting to an "initial" state, how about doing an Alt-Log [drive-letter]? It would unlog all drives currently logged and start you on the one you want. This is assuming (on my part since it's the way mine's configured) that it would just do a quick log method: 1st level directories only and no files in the root. From there, the script can do a full log [*] or whatever. Would that do the trick?

Dan
