I tried that command in ZTree (that I just downloaded from our nice host), but this is not what I am looking for. In XtreeGold (Windows version), the left pane shows the directory structure, and the right pane shows the contents (directories and files) of the directory selected in the left pane. After the {dir scan} command is executed, the right pane shows (among the other normal info) the size of each directory, including all subdirectories.

This command seems pretty useful to me (at least it did in the days prior to $200 8GB drives) and I don't know why it is so hard to find a file manager with it. (Could it be that not enough other people find it handy?)
