Definitely not - see below!

Well, this *is* indeed a file from the XTreeGold for Windows distribution from
Central Point !!! However, since (I think) this is one of the utilities derived
from Central Point's PC Tools, it may also have been supplied with a PC Tools
installation on your disk ?! (Btw, it has nothing to do with any XTreeGold for
DOS version...).

Of course, I see!

Well, one solution would be to take the LFN-capable ZTreeWin, (see link below)
view two directories in split-screen mode (F8), then compare (Alt-F4) them
(with setting the appropriate options) and then merge the tagged files into the
opposite directory. If this method appears to be too circumstantial to you,
you should find some Win9x directory synchronization tools at some of the
well-known download site, e.g., or .
