XTreeGold logging problems under Windows 95 DOS Session

If you are having problems logging files in XTreeGold in MS-DOS mode under Windows 95, see tip #iv entitled: "What to do on XTreeGold crashing under Windows 98 ?", it may help Windows 95 users also.

I had problems when runing XTreeGold in MS-DOS mode under Windows 95 OSR2. The problems occurred when I was running XTree after booting directly to DOS, exiting to DOS or using a shortcut configured for an MS-DOS mode program and shelling from the program to XTree. When using "*" to log a directory with ANY subdirectories, XTree would show that it had logged about 11,000 files and then give the "Out of memory" error! This would happen even though there where only a few files in the branch! Other times it would only count up to 17 files before giving me the "Out of memory" error!

Changing the configuration item: "Disk logging method" from "quick" to "standard" solved the problem.
