XTreeGold for Windows 4.0 is able to deal with Win95īs Long File Names,
however, the implemantation is a rather preliminary one,
long_Directory_names are NOT supported and the handling of long_File_names
does not go much further than to just display them.
Moreover, the whole application does run pretty unstable on many systems.

It is much more recommended to use the excellent Shareware "ZTreeWin" instead,
a clone very close to XTreeGold 3.0, with a number of enhancements,
and fully compatible with Win95/98 and NT.
