Currently there are at least three approaches for a VFAT/LFN support from a
system fitting on floppies:

- The socalled "DOS32" extension, see:

http://www.dos32.com

- DR-DOS 7.02 from Caldera, which has a beta-patch available for LFN support:

http://www.caldera.com/products/drdos/index.html

- Any Linux-system; can be booted from a floppy and does support
the Win95 VFAT (Long File Name) format (though Im not yet sure if the
required drivers are also available on the emergency boot floppies)
see, for example:

http://www.redhat.com

All the best!
Mathias
