I think that's probably due to the way WebDrive works, by first caching the entire file on the local cache directory and then providing the file on the mapped drive for further operations...?

What is "FXP" ? Do you know of any link on the Web to it?

Well, and it would be very nice to be able to access the "CHMOD" command for read/write/execute-rights on Unix servers not only through the Windows-Explorer GUI, but also either on the command line or with a particular ZTree-command - still to be added..., excuse me, Kim ;-)
