I suppose you are refering to Ztree and not to Xtree, correct? It would be better to post your question to the Ztree forum instead (>http://www.vico1.com/bbs1/config.cgi).

I am not sure whether I fully understand what exactly you are doing and what goes wrong. Can you please give some details about which files *should* be detected as duplicates but are not and what exactly you are typing to find them?
