No.
If you exactly enter this syntax, it should work:
". build [options] platform"
for example
". build -r linux"
(without the quotes, but don't forget the leading dot; OK, you can also write
"sh build -r linux") this executes the file "build" through the shell and
creates the "build.opt" file and when done, issue a "make" command, to finally
compile.
