XTG_MENU.DAT is the menu data file, means it contains the menu entries created by the
user, it isn't even present in the XTreeGold installation package anyhow, appears
only after the first user input of an application menu entry !

Not critical at all, if it misses, you just have an empty application menu (F9),
and as soon as you create new entries there, you have the file been made again !
