But I use Filemaster when cleaning up a damaged Windows which will not run properly. So I have to boot into DOS6 or the DOS7 from the Win95 boot disc, and delete the corrupt registry (SAystem.dat and User dat, and the bootlog andsetuplog files. Ztree will not run, as I am not in Windows, so it is either Xtree or Filemaster, as DOS itself is such a bother with hidden & system files.
I have defined the problem to be when copying a number of files, by the Control C command, if the cursor is on the directory, then Filemaster quits back into DOS, but does not clear the screen, so it gets overwritten. If however the first tagged file is highlit by the cursor, then Control C will copy that and the other tagged files.

Has anyone suggestions to cure this, other than careful operator discipline.
