If it's possible, I think an option like the one of CTRL-/ALT-Copy/Move all tagged files:
"Automatically replace existing files? Yes No Older nEver"
may be helpful also for the ALT-Duplicate branches command.

On the other hand the present ALT-Duplicate option
"Source: Paths are (partial branch paths)",
which simply does prevent the parent branch on the target to be generated (but just the rest of the tree structure), may not make much sense here, so it could be leaved out, IMHO, to avoid confusion.

Any other opinions ?
