You can ! Download and install "purp" from:

and then add these lines/entries to your $XTHOME/xt.mnu
file (the UnixTree Application menu resource):

RPM:Purp on current directory:Any:Any:Any:Any:Any:/usr/local/sbin/purp $D
RPM:Purp on current directory *as_root*:Any:Any:Any:Any:Any:su -c '/usr/local/sbin/purp $D'

Obviously you have have to adjust the path-to-purp dirnames.

This is a great example of how you can extend UnixTree with an virtual
unlimited number of new functions !

Also, for example, I'm using this nice little xt.mnu entry to easily
just *test* an RPM installtion before actually installing it:

RPM:Test install of current RPM file:Any:Any:Any:Any:Any:rpm -i -vv --test $F; pause

Note: "pause" is some silly lines of a bash script I wrote,
in order to prevent the screen being cleared before you got a chance
to view the respective programs stdout messages.
In case you need advice, just mail me!

Best regards
Mathias Winkler
