Well, I have disabled this function in the config script,
and actually I'm not a friend of it.

No, not at all !

But just think what would happen if someone opens a [BLINK]-tag,
and forgets to close it ??
The *entire* message will continue blinking, forever
(at least until the webmaster is "repairing" it).

Also, you know, there is malicious things also that could be done with
HTML-code, in particular if using embedded JavaScript tags.
(Do you like infinite pop-up windows, whenever you close one of them,
two new come up instead?..)

So, it's just a matter of precaution
(and maybe, I admit, a bit of purism, too... ;-)
